The Developer is Wallaceville Developments Limited as Trustee of the Wallaceville Developments Trust.

All homes are wired for telephone and high-speed internet. Owners choose their own selected service providers for television, telephone and internet, which will be payable directly by the owners in the usual way.

Construction is anticipated to commence around April 2025 and will continue for an 18–20 month period. Each lot will have individual schedules and timeframes within this period. The above timeframes are based upon the best information at the time of printing; however, no warranty is given. The development team will provide regular updates to all purchasers during the course of construction to ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress.

There are instances in which legislative changes and Local Territorial Authorities require the Developer to make changes to abide to contractual law, best practice at the time, or because certain materials are not available. Yes, changes can be made. If materials are changed, they must be of equal value to those shown in the plans and specifications.

Trackside plans and specifications cannot be changed by the purchaser. The plans have a CRD “Comprehensive Resource Development” Consent which does not allow for any changes to be made. There is the ability to upgrade certain items by way of a Variation (VO) once the Purchaser’s Sale and Purchase Agreement is unconditional. The items on this upgrade list are the only items available to upgrade.
