July Updates
Trackside is now over halfway complete, with new homes nearing market release and strong progress continuing across both internal finishes and external landscaping.

Trackside is now over halfway completed, with Lots 16 and 17 recently receiving their Code Compliance Certificates.
Progress is tracking really well, and we’ll soon be bringing our Type A, Type C, and Ellerslie homes on Lots 12 and 13 to the market.
With the recent wet weather, the team has been focusing on internal works, including kitchens, plastering and painting, so there has been plenty happening behind the scenes.
Our landscape and cladding teams have also been making the most of the drier days. We’re now seeing a couple of blocks with completed cladding, which looks fantastic and is complemented beautifully by the landscaping team finishing off grass, planting and fencing.
June Updates
Trackside continues to make strong progress, with settlements underway, new homes nearing completion, and the final stage of construction advancing steadily.

Trackside is continuing to take shape as a truly special final stage within Wallaceville Estate, offering a unique setting alongside the Trentham Racecourse and surrounding green spaces.
With more Code Compliance Certificates now being issued, we have a number of settlements scheduled over the next couple of weeks. It’s an exciting time as more homeowners prepare to move in and the community continues to come to life.
There has been excellent progress across our remaining homes. Landscaping for Lots 18, 19 and 20 is looking fantastic, with these homes now ready for settlement.
We will also be releasing a small number of homes to the market shortly. Among these, Lot 21 (Ellerslie plan) is expected to be available soon, with Lots 12 and 13 to follow. These are standout standalone homes, ideally positioned wrapping around the racetrack and offering a unique outlook within the development.
Construction continues to progress well across Lots 4–11, with framing underway, roof trusses installed, roofing progressing, and glazing now being fitted. Our final two slabs, Lots 1 and 2, are scheduled to be poured shortly, marking another key milestone for the stage.
May Updates
Trackside continues to progress well, with new settlements completed, homes nearing completion, and 17 additional homes now under construction for release through 2026.

Trackside continues to show strong momentum, with a further seven settlements completed over the past two weeks. Final inspections are now underway for Lots 21 and 22, with settlements anticipated in mid-May. Progress on site remains steady, with interior painting now complete on Lots 18 and 19, and Lot 20 painting nearing completion.
Looking ahead, we have an exciting release of 17 additional homes coming to market, thoughtfully positioned as they wrap around the racecourse track to maximise sun and outlook. This release will offer a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhouses, alongside three- and four-bedroom standalone homes. All homes have received building consent, with Lots 4–17 currently under construction and completion scheduled between July and December 2026.
April Updates
Trackside has reached a major milestone with Stage 9D complete and titled, Stage 9C homes finished, and strong progress continuing toward final settlements and the completion of Wallaceville Estate.

We’re pleased to share that earthworks and civil construction are now complete at Trackside Stage 9D, and titles have been issued. With sites fully prepared, we’re now in full swing with home construction in Stage 9D, and progress is moving at pace.
At Stage 9C, house construction is now complete — a significant delivery milestone for the project and a strong reflection of the team’s ability to bring quality homes through to completion.
The hard-filled, clean site conditions in Stage 9D have enabled strong build momentum, and we expect the first settlements to commence shortly. These will continue through to November, when the final homes are scheduled for completion.
Seeing the homes now coming together around the racecourse, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The mix of housing, along with the additional landscaping and space between homes, is creating a visually appealing community that sits comfortably within the wider Wallaceville Estate environment.
Sales activity remains strong as we approach completion, with homes continuing to sell through the final stages. If you know anyone considering a move to the area or looking for an investment opportunity, we’d love to hear from them.
Looking ahead, completion of Stage 9D will also enable the opening of Mawai Hakona Road and mark the final stages of the Wallaceville Estate development coming together.

Construction at Trackside is progressing steadily, with several homes nearing settlement, finishing works underway, and strong progress continuing across the remaining homes.

Construction is tracking well at Trackside, with several homes having completed their final inspections and are now awaiting the issuance of titles. Once titles are issued, Upper Hutt City Council will release the Code Compliance Certificates (CCC) for the inspected homes. Our clients will settle 10 working days following the issue of the CCC.
Ready lawn, planting, and touch-ups are in full swing as we move into spring. Our construction team will be in touch soon to arrange pre-settlement inspections.
Lots 52–55 flooring is largely completed, bathrooms are progressing well, and final fix work is underway. The electrical team is also making steady progress across these homes. Lots 41–48, the cladding looks fantastic, and we’ll see scaffolding starting to come down shortly. Lots 37–40 Gibbing, stairs, and plastering are now underway as these homes continue to take shape.
September Updates
Trackside is progressing strongly, with titles nearing completion, homes approaching settlement, and Stage 9C now almost completely sold out.

Progress is moving quickly at the Trackside development. The survey plan has been lodged with Land Information New Zealand, and the remaining documents to complete titles are expected shortly.
On-site, framing is advancing across Stage 9C, with first-storey frames now in place on Lots 31–33. Glazing, RAB board, and roofs are complete on several lots, thanks to fine weather. Inside, plastering, painting, and kitchen installations are underway, with Lots 61 and 62 leading the way and final inspections soon to be booked with Upper Hutt City Council. Clients will be notified directly once inspections are scheduled.
Final inspections for our first homes are now complete, and Code of Compliance Certificates will follow once titles are issued. Titles are tracking well, with the last part lodged with LINZ and expected within the next few weeks.
Landscaping is progressing, with paths, patios, and driveways laid on Lots 52–61; topsoil and ready lawn will be added closer to settlement. Painting, plastering, and kitchens are progressing inside Lots 43–48, while cladding is nearly complete on several exteriors, with painting mostly remaining.
Construction is tracking very well, and Stage 9C is now nearly sold out.
August Updates
Stage 9C is progressing strongly, with all homes under construction and many now moving into the final stages of interior and exterior completion.

Stage 9C is now fully under construction, with Lots 31–62 at various stages — from in-slab plumbing and slab pours to bathroom installations and flooring prep. Painting is nearly complete on Lots 56–62, with plastering underway on Lots 56–58 and painting started on Lots 59–60. Gib installation is about to begin on Lots 52–55, and kitchens are being installed in Lots 53–55.
On the exterior, glazing, roofing, cladding, and building wrap are progressing well, while slabs, drainage, and services continue across the site. Framing is advancing on Lots 37–40, and landscaping teams are setting out fencing, driveways, and pathways on Lots 61 and 62 despite challenging weather.
With so many homes moving closer to completion, Stage 9C is really starting to take shape.
July Updates
Construction at Trackside is progressing well, with homes taking shape across both stages as civil works, framing, and interior fit-outs continue to advance.

Recent weeks have seen more frames, slabs, and the first kitchens in our Type Q homes. It's always exciting when interiors start to come together, and these homes are beginning to feel like real homes. Our civil teams are working hard to install the services to Stage 9D, with our construction teams following closely behind. It's been a rewarding few weeks onsite, and we appreciate the excitement and support from our future homeowners as construction progresses.
Stage 9C is also progressing well, with 30 homes at various stages. Slabs are complete on Lots 37–42, frames are rising on Lots 43–45, and roof trusses are going up. Once roofs are on, interior work — including electrical, plumbing, and RAB board installation — can proceed efficiently alongside exterior cladding. Inside, Gib installation is complete on Lots 57–60, and plastering is underway on Lots 61 and 62.
