Welcome to The Reserve
The Reserve takes its name from the conservation area set aside within Wallaceville Estate. This open green field, with scattered native trees, is an oasis of greenery and recreation within an urban environment.
At the core of the development was a desire to create a varied and balanced community, where families, individuals, and retirees could live alongside one another — bringing together the energy of youth and the wisdom that comes with experience.
This vision was achieved at The Reserve by offering complementary yet varied housing typologies that supported different stages of life. First home buyers were able to enter the market, with the opportunity to move over time into larger family homes, and later transition to spacious, single-level freestanding homes designed for those looking to downsize.
The first release delivered 77 homes, including 55 terraced houses across a variety of floor plans and layouts. A second release introduced 83 additional homes and reimagined the architectural aesthetic, creating a contrasting yet complementary character while refining several floor plans to further enhance liveability.
The final release introduced 16 standalone homes in a premium position alongside the Trentham Racecourse. With a north-west facing aspect for excellent sun, these homes featured two new floor plans alongside the return of one of the development’s most popular designs.
The whole of The Reserve at Wallaceville Estate boasts a modern, industrial-inspired architectural style, achieved through contemporary designs, distinctive facades, and a carefully considered colour palette that created a strong visual connection throughout the development.
