Welcome to the Urban Precinct

Wallaceville Estate’s Urban Precinct was the culmination of years of planning and lessons learned to deliver 152 architecturally designed homes, with a focus on simplicity, connectivity, and beauty.

The precinct features a range of housing typologies designed to support a varied community. Each home was carefully considered to maximise natural light, privacy, and efficient use of space, while providing comfortable and energy-efficient living.

The architectural language drew inspiration from Scandinavian design and modernism, with materials selected for durability, low maintenance, and long-term performance. As part of a carefully designed community, the homes were planned not only to look good when first completed, but to age well and continue contributing positively to the neighbourhood for years to come.

Phase Two: Final Release included the addition of 52 townhouses and ten standalone homes. The unique location of these standalone homes along Alexander Road offered larger land areas with excellent solar gain, off-street parking, and generous outdoor living spaces.
