From large-scale development works like earthworks, roads and services, through to the construction of individual homes, there is always something happening. These updates provide a behind-the-scenes look at the progress being made across the site.

Development Progress
Follow the progress of the overall development as the foundations of the community take shape. This includes major works such as earthworks, roads, services, and the infrastructure that supports the neighbourhood as a whole.

After a challenging start to the year with weather delays, we were pleased to get a full week of earthworks completed in the third week of March. Despite the conditions, Bosco has made strong progress, achieving excellent results in a tough season.
Earthworks for Area 3 (the final 38 lots at Maymorn Farm) are now nearing completion. Fill has been placed, topsoiled, and hydroseeded to allow for stabilisation. Roads have been bulked out, with the civil team moving quickly behind to install wastewater, power, and fibre services.
Titles have already been issued for the first 51 lots, and we’re excited to see settlements underway, with families now moving in and bringing the community to life.
Our build partners, Sentinel Homes and HouseWorks, are making great progress on their showhomes, and we look forward to seeing these completed soon. Our own showhome at Lot 21 (on the corner as you enter) is underway, with landscaping complete and the slab due to be poured shortly.
Our sales suite is now open Sundays from 12—2pm. If you have friends or family considering a move to Maymorn Farm, we’d love to see them there — or feel free to reach out to Katie or Jamie anytime.
Looking ahead, we anticipate the final 38 lots will be completed by June, aligning with the end of the earthworks season. Lots 9—16 have had topsoil removed, bulk earthworks completed, and are now stabilised with hydroseed. Once grass establishes, we’ll be able to decommission the SRP and complete the front entrance, including removal of current topsoil stockpiles.
The coming months will be particularly exciting, with a number of homes due to commence construction. With increased marketing activity — including the sales suite now open and upcoming showhome completions — we expect sales momentum to continue building. We encourage anyone considering purchasing, or with friends and family interested, to get in touch before remaining sites are secured.

Purchase a site and build with a builder of your choice, or landbank for the future
Design and build with one of our partner builders
Purchase a turnkey home with a 10% deposit and balance on completion
Secure one of our new spec homes (currently underway on Lots 30 and 31), priced from $1,050,000, available off-plan or completed
We’re also excited to have the Smoko coffee cart now operating on site at Lot 21 during the week. We encourage anyone working, living locally, or passing through to stop by for a coffee and a bite to eat.
